BACKGROUND OF DIRECTOR:
She was born in Sivas in 1961. In 1988, she graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Economics. She started her civil cervant duties in Sivas in 1980. After working in the private sector in the field of accounting between 1981-1983, she was appointed as a civil servant again in 1983 under the command of Istanbul Municipality. She worked as the Director of Inspection Board of Fatih Municipality in 1990, Director of Editorial Affairs and Decisions in the same Municipality between 1990-1994, Director of Editorial Affairs and Decisions at the order of Eminönü Municipality. She continues her duty as the Director of the Inspection Board in Büyükçekmece Municipality to which she was appointed in 2012.

Mission
To prepare necessary opinions and suggestions by conducting inspections, examinations, investigations and researches for the purpose of ensuring that public services within the field of its duty and authority are developed and became effective, increasing the efficiency and performance, to ensure that the Municipality works in accordance with legislation, plan, schedule and projects.
Vision
To determine the general principles regarding the efficient and swift execution of the inspections of the units affiliated to the municipality and to develop an effective inspection system.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Directorate of the Inspection Board:
- To carry out inspection, examination, research and investigation in terms of compliance with the relevant laws, regulations, circulars and orders of all kinds of activities and transactions of the Municipal Organization and affiliated organizations,
- To help prevent possible errors in the activities and operations of our municipal units,
- To analyze, compare and measure the processes and results of the services in accordance with the legislation, predetermined goals and objectives, performance criteria and quality standards, to evaluate them based on evidence, to present the results to the Mayor’s Office in a report in order to guide the development of the employees and the municipal organization, and the management and control systems to become valid, reliable and consistent,
- To fulfill the duties required by the legislation and assigned by the Mayor’s Office,
- To perform its duties by using the authorizations stipulated in the Civil Servants Law No. 657, the Municipality Law No. 5393, the Law No. 4483 on the Trial of Civil Servants and Other Public Officials, the Law No. 3628 on Declaration of Assets, the Law on Combating Bribery and Corruption, and the relevant legislation in force and the Büyükçekmece Municipality Inspection Board Regulations.
