BACKGROUND OF DIRECTOR:
He was born in Çanakkale in 1983. In 2005, he graduated from Uludağ University Public Administration Department. In 2006, he started to work as a pesonnel chief in Büyükçekmece Municipality. He is still working as the Human Resources and Training Director, to which he was appointed in 2015. He can speak English.
Mission
To prepare the necessary infrastructure for our mayor to conduct his services and duties and to organize the programs in the most efficient way. To ensure coordination with our internal and external stakeholders.
Vision
To become a responsible unit that provides quality, equal and sustainable services and carry out its duties completely with a people-oriented and participatory management understanding in our “Büyükçekmece - City of Happiness”.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Directorate of Private Secretariat:
- To ensure that the subjects within its field of duty are carried out in a healthy, regular and efficient manner, in accordance with the relevant legislation,
- To ensure that the municipal events are announced,
- To ensure that our Mayor's views and statements on various issues are reported to the written and visual media,
- To carry out the necessary representation and hospitality services on behalf of the Municipality and the Mayor, to organize ceremonies to be held by the Municipality, to prepare holiday, celebration and commemoration programs,
- To carry out communication, travel and meeting organization services related to domestic and international trips that our Mayor will attend,
- To prepare the daily and weekly working schedule of the mayor’s office,
- To ensure that letters, congratulations, invitations and messages sent to the Mayor’s Office are delivered to the Mayor and replied in line with the Mayor's instructions,
- To plan the meetings of the mayor’s office and to organize its meetings,
- To forward the meeting requests received by the Mayor’s Office to the Mayor, to evaluate the complaints and requests received by the Mayor’s Office and to convey them to the Mayor and to seek solutions in line with the Mayor's instructions,
- To convey the instructions of the Mayor’s Office to the relevant units and directors,
- To ensure that the documents sent by the Mayor’s Office are delivered to the relevant units,
- To organize the flow of work and information and to ensure coordination between the Mayor’s Office and municipal units,
- To contact with other public institutions and organizations on behalf of the Mayor’s Office,
- To ensure the participation of the Mayor or his deputy by following up the invitations and official protocol activities throughout our province,
- To follow and answer e-mails received by our Mayor,
- To follow the legislation concerning the activities of the Directorate,
- To communicate with the relevant persons, units and organizations in the fields of activity of the Directorate
- To prepare the reports requested by the top management regarding the functions of the directorate,
- To prepare plans and programs regarding the working subjects of the Directorate and to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with these plans and programs,
- To ensure that the documents sent to the unit are processed within the framework of the relevant legislation,
- To inform the Mayor about the work of this Directorate and to make suggestions,
- To use other similar powers given by our Mayor and to fulfill the duties,
- To intermediate the phone calls of our Mayor, to receive the APS, cargo, document, envelope, invitation etc. sent to our Directorate, to update the protocol lists, to send congratulatory messages on behalf of our Mayor on holidays and special days.
