 She was born in Sivas in 1961. He completed his primary, secondary, high school education in Sivas. She is the graduate of Anadolu University Department of Economics period 1984-1988. Her first civil service was in Sivas in 1980. After working in the field of accounting in private sector during the years 1981-1983, she started civil service again at the İstanbul Municipality in 1983. She started working as an Inspector at the Directorate of Inspection Committee of Fatih Municipality in 1990 and did her duties of assessment, inspection and investigation. She has served under various administrative positions between 1990 and 1994 which include serving as the Fatih Municipality Director of Editorial Affairs and Decisions and the Director of Editorial Affairs and Decisions under the command of the Inspection Committee and Eminönü Municipality along with her duties of inspection, auditing and investigation as an inspector. She started working as an Inspector at the Directorate of Inspection Committee of Büyükçekmece Municipality where she was transferred to by assignment. Including her ongoing duties of inspection, auditing and investigation under the title of an Inspector, she has been assigned to the position of the Inspection Committee Manager by procuration on the date of 22.02.2012.

She hold many certificates of success regarding her proficiency which she received from the seminars she attended at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Public Administration Institute of Middle East, Marmara and the Straits Municipalities Union and the vocational educations of the Turkish Municipalities Union. She is married and a mother of one.

The Duties of the Directorate of Inspection Committee

The Directorate of Inspection Committee carries out the following duties on behalf of the Mayor upon the approval and order of the Mayor;

a)      To carry out all inspection, auditing, research and investigation tasks of the municipal organization and if existing, the affiliate organizations with regard to their activities and procedures of all kinds in compliance with the respective laws, codes, regulations and circulars.

b)      To prepare proposals required for the successful fulfillment of the municipality's purposes of meeting the local and common needs of the dwellers of the town in compliance with the regulations, plans and programs and to forward them to the Mayor,

c)       To promptly take in hand, in compliance with the principles of investigation which the perpetrators are subject to, a situation where a corruption which they have come across during inspections and investigation and which is beyond their duty orders is present and to collect evidences in any case where any delay of action may result in loss of evidences.

d)      To report opinions with regard to the necessary measures that can be taken in order to maintain the implementation of the regulations at the desired standards by investigating and researching the possibility of troubleshooting and resolving inefficiencies observed.

e)      To carry out the duties assigned with the laws, regulations, codes and other legislations,

  1. Inspectors, promptly start an investigation by collecting the required documents when an element of a crime is detected during the inspections, audits and investigations. They request a permit from The Mayor for the inspection of the officers and the supervisors in charge. In case the crime is not within the scope of 4483 numbered Law on the Judgment of Civil Servants and Other Public Servants but within the scope of 3628 numbered Declaration of Property, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Law and on the condition that sufficient evidence is obtained, a report of the investigation together with the concerning documents and papers with regard to these people are forwarded to the Public Prosecution Office,

f)       To carry out the duties assigned by the Mayor with regard to private regulations and the suchlike duties.

​​Authorities of the Directorate of Inspection Committee

  1. Inspectors of the Directorate of Inspection Committee are entitled to see and request information, books, documents and papers from the units and organizations they are inspecting, auditing and investigating, to confiscate these or their certified copies or originals if on copy is present in case they constitute an evidence with regard to a corruption, to inspect and enumerate storehouse and warehouses, to seal these, to request assistance in these inspections and enumerations, when necessary, to assign personnel regarding these issues and when necessary, to request information and documents from any public organizations and institutions and natural or legal entities.
  2. The respective people are liable to promptly reply or do what's necessary.
  3. The confiscated original documents are returned following the certified copies of them are taken for archiving and sealed and signed by the inspector of the Committee.
