Duties of the Directorate of Human Resources and Education
Handling and protecting the employee personal rights of all the blue-collar and white-collar personnel at our municipality as per the Civil Servants Law No. 657, relevant regulations, statutes, legislations and collective labor agreements, as well as the Labor Law No. 4857.
Activities between the Dates of 01.01.2012 and 31.12.2012
Our directorate employed a total of 44 employees consisting of 15 officers via direct appointment, 4 officers via transfer, 1 disabled worker and 24 contracted personnel as per legal procedures. Additionally, discharge procedures were carried out for a total of 16 employees, consisting of 3 workers leaving their jobs, 4 officers retiring, 1 officer quitting his job, 1 contracted personnel quitting his job and 7 officers being transferred. A total of 1.338 annual leave documents were prepared. During 2012, a total of 3.601 documents were processed by our directorate. Additionally, 1.288 documents were produced and 3.647 documents were sent. Visa procedures for 35 contracted personnel were performed and the contracts of these employees were renewed. Moreover, the visa procedures for 17 temporary workers and 13 seasonal workers completed as well. The employment information and rotas of 144 officers were integrated into the "Service Tracking Program" (HİTAP) of SGK (Social security Institution). Also, an in-service training was organized at Durusu Metra Clup Hotel between the dates of 13.04.2012 and 15.04.2012 with participation from 162 employees.
